Habitat for Humanity

On December the 4th Local 379 began its journey in helping others in our community by starting our first project with Habitat for Humanity in Charlotte. Tommy Hill, Tom Beamon, Chris Wegener, Gegory Lavrik, Mike Hill, and Jersey Mike all completed a small project. It took about 4 hours and in the process we replaced some old outlets with new GFCI, added some smoke detectors, replaced some broken conduits and added outdoor GFCI. This process helped bring this house up to NEC code. Also involved in this project was Tommy George, Adrian Beck, Matt Ruff, and John Bartlet who went to this house on a early date and made the list of what needed to be fixed. We thank all who helped with this and look forward to our next project.
